best prices. However, if you should find the same new microscope or other instrument
elsewhere advertised for a lower price, we will gladly match our competitor's price.

AmScope offers 10 days to try your purchase. The trial period begins the day your receive it. If
you are not satisfied, you may return it for a refund. When an item is returned to us we refund
the full price to you less shipping and handling cost. We know buying without seeing and
touching can be uncomfortable. That's why we make shopping as low risk as possible.

We stand behind our products, as we believe in their premium quality. AmScope has a
10-Day Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days to return
it. You need to call us to obtain a return authorization number. Once the product is returned,
as long as it arrives in the same new condition along with all the packing material and
accessories that it was originally shipped with, you will receive a full refund less shipping
and handling cost. Customers must pay their own return shipping fees.

Our microscopes and accessories are manufactured under the strict guidelines established
by ISO 9001: 2000 Standards. All our products come with years of factory's warranty against
manufacturing defects.

Five Year Warranty for Microscopes - All our microscopes come with five (5) year factory's
warranty, covering labor and parts.

One Year Warranty for Accessories - All our microscope accessories (CCD cameras,
illuminators, dust covers, and etc.) come with one (1) year warranty, except specified in the
